Matt 16. Site of Simon Peter's confession and Jesus' promise "on this rock I will build my church.". This was formerly the site of 3 pagan places of worship: Pan, from which we get "panic" and involved the sacrifice of young girls, Zeus and another pagan.

Jesus declared the pagans were false and he is the only way.

This picture is the cave cliff where the pagans threw the girls off, sacrifices to Pan. If there was no blood in the water when the girls hit the wall and died, they thought Pan would honor that sacrifice.
